Hotel Best Western City Centre Brussels

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to train/metro stations, making it easy to get around. They provided a luggage room for our belongings when our room wasn't ready.

Felt exceptional, no complaints.

Free internet and breakfast included in the price. Convenient location near the train station and metro stations. the rooms were small but sufficient for a solo traveler.

The hotel lacked a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was small, lacked a minibar and had old furniture.

It is a great place to stay in Brussels, I loved its location and staff. As I remember, there were variety of restaurants to eat, like Quel Pain that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in a bustling area. Despite being in a dodgy district, it was conveniently situated near Brussels Nord train station, making it easy to explore other cities. The hotel was also across the street from a police station, providing a sense of security. In terms of the room, it was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the continental breakfast was satisfying. the hotel offered good facilities and a pleasant view of the city.

There was one downside to our stay - the advertised laundry service was not available, causing inconvenience and disappointment.

The hotel is located near Gare du Nord train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers who want to explore other cities. Despite being called "City Centre," it is actually situated out of the main town area, ensuring a quieter atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are newly renovated, with big beds that provide a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is satisfactory, perfect for starting the day.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, worried about the location. However, to our pleasant surprise, we had no issues walking to the hotel from the train station. The room was newly renovated and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Brussels. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Best aspects were the friendly and polite staff, who spoke great English. The hotel was in a green and modern area, within 10-20 minutes by foot or metro from everything. It was also conveniently close to the airport. The rooms were spacious enough and the hotel was clearly brand new or recently renovated, as everything was spotless. The bathroom was marvelous and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being right across the main train station, we were pleasantly surprised that there were no issues with noise. The staff was proficient in English and helpful. In addition, we appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process, as well as the extra pillow provided. The hotel's proximity to a Metro station and a public park in front of it made it even more convenient.
